It is with great respect and tremendous sorrow that the Kentucky Constables Association and all Kentucky Constables join the families, friends, constituents and law enforcement from across Taylor County Kentucky in mourning the great loss of Constable Rick Reynolds. A tragic loss of a valued friend to all Kentucky Constables and a former member of the Kentucky Constable Association who played a pivotal role in the metamorphosis of the KCA into a statewide training organization. Please remember our friend, and his family and friends in your prayers. Constable Reynolds will be missed.
