Statewide October Meeting and Training Conference
Training Weekend 1 will be October 12th and 13th of 2024
Training Weekend 2 will be October 19th and 20th of 2024
In addition to the KCA Academy requirements:
1) All persons training in EVOC must present a valid Kentucky Operators License as well as Current Motor Vehicle Insurance.
2) Anyone qualifying weapons on the range must wear properly fitting bullet resistant vest.
3) ANYONE entering the range MUST FILL OUT our standard KCA Waiver.
4) Any person wishing to donate to a scholarship fund for a Constable to attend training free of charge, Call Larry or message me on our Facebook site.
5) If you are a Constable who cannot afford the training fee. Call Larry or message me on our Facebook site. We will add you to a list of Constables needing a scholarship donation. If a donation for scholarship becomes available they are given to KCA Members on the list first, then first come first serve.

Click the PayPal Button below to Pre-Pay for the 2024 Conference. The cost is $75 to members and $100 dollars to Non-KCA members. If you do not pay the correct amount you will not be allowed to attend. PayPal fees ($4) will be added to the amount if you pay via PayPal. You can also pay at the door or mail a check for the correct amount, payable to “Kentucky Constable Association”. Mail it to Kentucky Constable Association c/o Michael Saylor, 403 West Jefferson Street., LaGrange, KY 40031 (Members-$75 Non-KCA Members $100). If mailed, payment must be received before October 11th, 2024. “Checks in the mail” will not work.
