What is “Constable on the Hill”?
At 8:15 am est, on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, Constables come to the Capitol Annex. (700 Capital Ave, Frankfort, KY 40601) We meet in the basement at the elevators. We will spend our day meeting and greeting folks there. Opening doors (literally) for folks and holding pleasant conversation, We speak with our legislators.
As always, Constables should remember to conduct ourselves with decorum. Our actions represent All Constables. Professionalism is the order of the day. Any action taken there could and will affect us across the state. We still have many allies at Frankfort. Our actions could turn one or all of them against us. We also have opponents there, who if treated properly could return to seeing Constables favorably.
